Rode 38 miles today with Chris Burcham in preparation for next Saturday's beginning of my "Ride for Missions." The wind was quite brisk and made the last 20 miles a little harder than I wanted as I begin to taper off the difficulty of rides before I begin. I felt good and looking forward to getting started.
BTW, Preston will be able to ride all day Saturday with me as Lori has decided to drive the support vehicle that day. And maybe Sunday as well if we can work out the details.
The countdown is on. Only a week away. And the weather forcast looks nice right now. PTL.
